  • Technical issues: The JT Rides app might experience technical issues or errors. Contact our customer care center in the event of any such issues.
  • Your responsibility: You're responsible for any damage or financial losses caused during a ride.
  • Ride timing: Your ride starts when the driver accepts your request and ends when you exit the vehicle or the trip is completed.
  • Get a valid Nigerian driver's license from your local licensing center and keep it current. You will get notifications on the app when your documents are about to expire.
  • Have car insurance and liability insurance.
  • Drive professionally: Provide transportation services in a professional manner.
  • Pay fees on time: Pay JT Rides' administrative fees by the 15th of the next month.
  • Respect the app: Don't try to reverse-engineer, modify, or damage the JT Rides app.
  • Keep the platform safe: Don't upload files that could harm the JT Rides platform.
  • Independence: Remember that you're an independent contractor, not a JT Rides employee, and can't act on behalf of JT Rides.
  • JT Rides prioritizes user privacy with encrypted data storage and secure authentication.
  • Details on how we handle location data, payment details, and user interactions.
  • Users can control what information they share and request data deletion at any time.
  • Riders can cancel before a driver is assigned with no penalty.
  • Partial refunds for last-minute cancellations, except during peak hours or promotions.
  • Dispute resolution process for incorrect fare charges, payment failures, or service issues.
