Full refund of all payments (deposit + balance), processed within 5 business days.24–72 hours before pickup:
50% refund of total rental fee (deposit forfeited; balance refunded if paid).<24 hours before pickup or no show:
No refund. Full rental fee retained.
- Cancellation by JT Rides
Service failure (e.g., vehicle/driver unavailability):
Full refund. Issued within 24 hours .Force Majeure (floods, protests, govt. restrictions):
100% credit for rebooking (valid 6 months) or refund upon request (processed in 7 days).
- Early Returns
No partial refunds for unused rental time.
- Refund Processing
Timeline:
5–7 business days via original payment method.Deductions:
Bank/transaction fees (if applicable).
Costs already incurred (e.g., driver dispatch, tolls).
- Non Refundable Items
Security deposit (refunded separately post inspection).
Fuel surcharges, tolls, or parking paid by JT Rides on client’s behalf.
Surcharges (e.g., Lagos peak hour fees, child seats).
- Damage Deposit Refund
Refunded within 48 hours after vehicle inspection, minus: Repair costs (client liable for first ₦150,000).
Cleaning fees (if smoking/pet policy violated: ₦35,000).
- Disputes & Exceptions
Submit evidence to support@jtrides.com within 7 days.
Goodwill refunds considered for emergencies (e.g., medical crisis) with proof
